Join us for an evening of celebration and appreciation as we say "thank-you" to our donors! Volunteers are needed to help with event set-up, managing the event "flow", and cleaning up after the event. Times needed are listed below:
Event Set-Up | 2:00pm-5:00pm | 3-4 Volunteers Needed
- Help set tables, chairs, decorations and food & beverage stations. Greet guests as they arrive
Event Flow | 5:00pm-7:00pm | 5-6 Volunteers Needed
- Assist with with serving food and beverages to guests, as well as clearing plates when guests are finished
Event Clean-Up | 7:00pm-8:00pm | 4-5 Volunteers Needed
- Clear tables, chairs, decorations, etc.
Please note: Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.
