Adult volunteers are needed to serve as chaperones for the "Be the Change: Day of Service" event hosted by Stillwater Community Education on Friday, January 17. This event for 7-9 grade students is all about volunteering/giving back.Students will volunteer as a large group in the morning at Feed My Starving Children in Coon Rapids. In the afternoon, students will be broken into smaller groups and volunteering at several different local non-profits.
Full day and half day opportunities are availalble. In particular, we are in need of adults to join us to volunteer at Feed My Starving Children from 9:30- 11:30 am.
A completed background check on file with District 834 is required to volunteer for this event.
