Commitment: 2-6 hours per week, primarily Wednesdays and Fridays

Position Overview:
The Activity Support Volunteer plays a key role in ensuring a welcoming, organized, and safe environment at the Bayport site. This volunteer works to support daily operations, assist members and visitors, and help implement programs and activities.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist with opening and closing the Bayport site as directed.
- Monitor and notify the appropriate staff when essential supplies need replenishing.
- Ensure the facility remains clean and safe, reporting or addressing equipment issues as needed.
- Collect and record financial donations and fees from visitors and participants.
- Make coffee and set out light treats for members and visitors (no serving required).
- Assist with clean-up after events, including wiping down tables, washing dishes, and ensuring the space is tidy.
- Perform front desk duties, including:
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
- Helping members and volunteers with the check-in process.
