Guest clinician Mario Antonio Marra from MN Opera will join the SVI to instruct students in a master class. Other SVI faculty include Gary Briggle, Director at Skylark Opera and local celebrity singer/actor/director; Jennifer Eckes, impresario of SCVO’s Cabaret program; Megan Wagner, SCVO co-founder, and General Manager, as well as Obed Floan, also SCVO co-founder, and Executive Director.
SCVO understands the importance of ongoing, intentional education as a professional musician. The SVI was designed for young emerging artists to have an intensive learning experience beyond their regular vocal study. Obed Floan, SCVO’s Executive Director shares: “As a result of your involvement in the SVI, you will be set apart from your peers by your insider training from some of the industry's best. This experience will be foundational to your growth and success as a professional vocal performer.”
