Position Overview: The Thrive Program Support Volunteer plays a key role in ensuring a welcoming, organized, and safe environment at the Bayport site. This volunteer works alongside the Thrive Associate Director or Thrive Program Coordinator to support daily operations, assist members and visitors, and help implement programs and activities. Essential Responsibilities: Assist with opening and closing the Bayport site as directed by the Thrive Program team. Monitor and notify the Thrive Program Coordinator when essential supplies need replenishing. Ensure the facility remains clean and safe, reporting or addressing equipment issues as needed. Collect and record financial donations and fees from visitors and participants. Make coffee and set out light treats for members and visitors (no serving required). Assist with clean-up after events, including wiping down tables, washing dishes, and ensuring the space is tidy. Perform front desk duties, including: Greeting and assisting visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
