Volunteer: Adult Basic Education VolunteerThe Stillwater Adult Basic Education and English Language Learner program is looking for volunteer classroom assistants. Volunteers may be asked to work individually with a student or in a group setting. Core teaching components include basic English comprehension and speaking in the ELL classroom, and reading, writing and math skills in the ABE classroom. Classes are offered morning, afternoon and evening, Monday-Thursday. Volunteers are generally needed for all class times. Stillwater ABE program runs for 38 weeks out of the year.
