Saint Therese is a nonprofit, Catholic senior living and care organization born out of a simple mission: do ordinary things with extraordinary love. Volunteerism is a long-held tradition at Saint Therese, shaped by our Catholic foundation and faith-based principles. Saint Therese volunteers are treasured members of our community, each bringing his or her unique values and voice to help achieve our mission to do ordinary things with extraordinary love.
. Saint Therese offers a wide variety of meaningful volunteer opportunities such as:
- Provide companionship by visiting with residents, reading, reminiscing ,playing cards or puzzles, listening to music, etc.
- Escort residents to and from their many activities throughout the campus
- Share your musical talents by providing entertainment, quiet background music or assist with music therapy
- Provide pet visits with your trained therapy pet
- Help with Bingo games (Everyone loves Bingo!)
- Volunteer with the pastoral care team as a Eucharistic Minister or provide spiritual support
- Assist with therapeutic recreation activities
- Provide office support
- Transportation driver
- And more!
Saint Therese offers flexible scheduling, family volunteering opportunities, and all training is provided. No experience necessary - just a desire to make a difference and have fun!
