Tubman Job Fair

Tubman is hosting this event to fill a number of open positions, some due to staff turnover and some due to program expansion. These positions are primarily in our residential shelters and youth programs, with openings in both our Minneapolis and Maplewood locations.
Details: Please bring a resume; if you do not have one, an application form will be provided. Candidates will have an initial screening conversation with Tubman staff, and possibly a first interview. Selected candidates will then be able to schedule a second-round interview before they leave.

- Shelter House Manager, full time, to split time between both the Minneapolis and Maplewood shelter locations
- Community Outreach Advocate, full time, to provide outreach to North Minneapolis and St. Paul’s East Side
- Adult and Family Advocates, full or part-time, based in either Minneapolis or Maplewood
- Youth and Family Advocates, full or part-time, based in either Minneapolis or Maplewood
- Overnight Advocates; full time, part time, or on-call positions available; based in either Minneapolis or Maplewood
- Follow Up Advocates, full time, based in either Minneapolis or Maplewood to work in greater Metro communities
- On-Call Advocates, based in either Minneapolis or Maplewood
