Saint Therese Home Health Aide Skills Fair

Morning shift 8am – 12pm
Afternoon shift 1 – 4pm
You can be part of a fun-filled day as Saint Therese Home Health Aides demonstrate their job skills. Volunteers are needed to help with registration as participants arrive, and to help at skill stations. Some skill stations will need a volunteer to supervise, and some skill stations will need a volunteer to act as a patient. Be willing to have a Home Health Aide demonstrate care-giving procedures for you; put on a support stocking, provide range of motion exercises, give an oral “medication”, etc.
A cheerful and kind attitude will help put the aides at ease as they demonstrate their skills. A background in nursing would be ideal, but no experience is necessary – we provide on the job training!
