Minnesota Dignity Collaborative

Minnesota Dignity Collaborative is a 501(c)(3) based in Stillwater, MN with a statewide mission to build dignity-centered community support through our Pathway to Home (PTH) initiative. We train volunteers to walk alongside neighbors facing housing instability and homelessness, offering compassionate presence, resource navigation, and practical support. While we know that many of challenges surrounding housing instability/homelessness are systemic, we believe meaningful change can happen in relationship, one person at a time. PTH volunteers meet people where they are, help connect them to local resources, and provide steady, judgment-free support as they work toward stability. Our approach is simple, human, and rooted in dignity.
